Guardian Home Services was born from a simple idea that started years ago in a Colorado mountain resort town, where my husband first noticed how many second and vacation homes sat empty most of the year. He saw how much those homeowners needed someone they could truly trust to keep an eye on their properties while they were away.

Life moved on, and that dream had to be put on hold—until we moved from the heat and crowds of Arizona to the scenic mountains of Western North Carolina in 2017. Looking for a smaller‑town lifestyle, closer to family and surrounded by the kind of community and Southern hospitality we love, we knew it was finally time to bring that original vision to life.

Drawing on our years of experience as business owners in floor restoration and installation, we built Guardian Home Services around the same values we’ve always lived by: trust, reliability, and genuine care for people’s homes. Today, we provide property management and home watch services for homeowners who want true peace of mind, knowing their home is being checked, protected, and cared for while they’re away—just as carefully as if it were our own.
